AMET is the best college for maritime studies. Almost all of the students were placed during 4 years of his college stay. The professor and lecturers are well experienced and knowledgeable persons. Hostel is also good, not bad depends on how you maintain. Placement depends on market only, but it is good. If you are good enough in first semester itself, you can get placed but it depends on you. AMET University has tie up with some good companies, which will select you on first semester itself, depends on your performance. If you have big dreams, then the best place to study is here and not only the college name will fetch you a good future but it's your hard work which need to be there in first place. AMET university can show you various good path, but it's in your hand to take it or not. My humble opinion will be to make use of the most from the University and you'll feel the difference. Students have a very healthy atmosphere to learn and interact here. Seniors are supportive and there is no kind of ragging done here. Recruiters who visited the campus last year include Maersk, NYK, Shell, etc.
